RETURN POLICY: A Return Authorization # is required for the return of all defective or unused products. All returns must be packed in US-TONER or comparable packaging using padding to protect the cartridge in transit. A test copy must accompany defective cartridges or they will not be processed. If a return is deemed to not belong to US-TONER, you will be notified and have 30 days to decide if you want the product returned to you at your own cost. Product that is not ours and returned using our ARS tag will be subject to the current ARS label fee. If there was a replacement order placed for the product that is not ours we reserve the right to Invoice you for the freight cost of that replacement. Unused product is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the current ARS label fee. Refused product returned to US-TONER will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of outbound and inbound freight. Credit memos must be used within 90 days from date of issue. If unused after 90 days, US-TONER will automatically apply the credit to your oldest out invoice.

CLAIMS: Customer must verify the contents and price of shipment and notify US-TONER, in writing via e-mail or fax, within 5 working days of delivery if there is any discrepancy. Claims for pricing or freight will not be allowed unless made within 30 days of invoice date.
